And now, it is 50!!

Dear all, it is with immense pleasure I am writing this as it is my 50th blog!! I have been able to cross the Golden Jubilee after exactly seven months and ten days and it has been an incredible journey.

I was first introduced to blogging and the world of blogs on 4th May 2018, by my dear father. Making me write blogs was on his radar for a long time as he thought it would help me improve my English writing skills, my observation skills and most of all, helping me organize and structure tasks. When I  started blogging, I would make many errors and my father would diligently and lovingly correct them. But now, I am happy to say that though I make errors while writing, I manage to fix most of them by myself.

If you have ever wondered at any point what happens behind the scenes to make my blog, then here you are:

1. Deciding on a topic: Unlike other bloggers, I write about varied topics and deciding a subject is very crucial. I mostly follow a structured order of topics but when I have an wonderful experience, I put that on top of my topic list.

2. Whiteboarding: According to me, this is the main part of the entire blog writing process. In my whiteboard, I pen down the main crux of the blog as notes and while blogging, I often turn back and refer to them. This ensures the smooth flow of thoughts.

3.Writing the blog: Finally, I start writing. It takes almost one and a half hours for me to write a blog. While writing a blog, my mind is often interrupted with new thoughts and incidents about that particular blog topic which did not occur to me while I was whiteboarding. These thoghts are the most valuable additions for my blog.

4. Proof reading: After writing the entire blog, I check for my errors(which are many!!😂)and correct them. It then goes for a final check with the pictures getting added and different fonts geting used.

I AM NOW READY TO CLICK THE PUBLISH BUTTON!!

This now brings me to a different question: Which is my favourite blog genre? My favourite blog genre is writing movie reviews!! I am a movie maniac myself and absolutely love watching movies. Writing movie reviews gives me the perfect opportunity to reminicise about that particular movie and many a time, I am found staring dreamily into space thinking how awesome a particular scene or action sequence was.

In overall, my journey of writing blogs has been supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. I will continue writing blogs with the same rigour and energy to reach my next target which is the Platinum Jubilee or 100 blogs. Thank you so much for reading my blogs and please continue to do so.
