Following the end of Marvel's Infinity Saga( twenty two movies) with Avengers: Endgame giving it a fitting finish, Marvel needed a movie to start it's phase four with a bang and Spider Man: Far From Home did exactly that. Directed by Jon Watts, the movie is set in 2023. The students in Peter Parker 's(Spider Man) school who disintegrated five years previously(including Spider Man), all come back and find it strange because they have missed five years. To get the students relaxed, the school organizes a trip to Europe for Peter's(Tom Holland) class. They first visit Venice, where a strange creature made of water wrecks havoc on the city. Suddenly, a masked superhero appears and starts fighting the creature. Though Peter tries to help, the masked superhero defeats the creature and flies away.  That night, as Peter enters his room, he meets Nick Fury(Samuel.L.Jackson). Two days back, I watched the most ultimate Marvel movie ever,  Avengers : Endgame , the sequel to Avengers: Infinity War . I was blown away after watching the movie as I had never watched any movie like Avengers: Endgame before. Just five days into it's release the movie has become the 10th highest grossing movie in the world crossing $ 1, 342,689,446 already !! Directed superbly by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo , the main story arc concerns Thanos (Josh Brolin), who after destroying half of the universe, goes to retire in his planet. Meanwhile, Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) and Nebula (Karen Gillan) are adrift in space and in critical health conditions when Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) saves them and brings them to Earth. They reunite with the rest of the Avengers, when they find out that Thanos has destroyed all the Infinity Stones, giving them no way to bring half of the population back. Last week, I had watched Marvel Cinematic Universe's(MCU) latest movie, Captain Marvel . It is Marvel Studio's first female superhero led film; Captain Marvel is touted to be one of the prominent characters in Avengers: Endgame , the sequel of Avengers Infinity War . Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, the main story arc is set in the 1990's and concerns  Carol Danvers (Brie Larson), a U.S air force pilot who becomes a Kree, an extraterrestrial species, after absorbing the power of the Tesserect. She is part of an intergalactic war with the Skrulls(another alien species), when she finds out that she is fighting for the wrong side. Along with the help of   Nick Fury (Samuel.L.Jackson) and her best friend Maria Rambeau(Lashana Lynch), she defeats the Kree and helps the Skrull find a new home. At the end of the movie, Captain Marvel gives Nick Fury a pager(a contact device) which can be used to contact her for emergencies. It is this pager that Nick Fury uses twenty...

In the wake of the recent 91st Academy Awards, I will be blogging on one of Marvel Studio's biggest blockbuster movies, Black Panther . The movie won three  Oscars for Best Costume Design, Best Original Score and for the Best Production Design. Released in 2018, the movie was directed by Ryan Coogler. The main story arc deals with how a young king named T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman), who is a super hero named Black Panther , is all set to rule his kingdom after his father's death; when a relative defeats him in a contest and becomes the new king. In the end, after an epic fight, Black Panther wins and regains his position as the King. I was absolutely mesmerized while watching the movie in the theatre with the big screen and booming audio. In this post, I will be blogging on my favourite marvel movie, " Doctor Strange ". Directed by Scott Derrickson, the main story arc concerns the life of Stephen Vincent Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), an acclaimed neurosurgeon who injures his hands severely in a car crash. Searching for a cure, he comes across Kamar-Taj , a hidden school high up in the Himalayas. Strange is taken into the Kamar-Taj by the head sorcerer and teacher, the " Ancient One ". Under the tutelage of the Ancient One, Strange learns the mystic arts and gets psychic powers. Over the course of time, he heals his hands and succeeds the Ancient One as the head sorcerer and as the master of the mystic arts. The reason why I love this movie is the way how Derrickson has added and used the special effects tool so well. The setting is jaw dropping with the Himalayas as the backdrop.
